First of all login to your WordPress website Dashboard.

Go to Plugins and click on “Add New” Plugin

Type Updraftplus in the Plugins search bar and press the Enter button from your keyboard.

You can also download this backup to your PC by clicking the “Others” option and then clicking on “Download to your Computer”. The download will start.

Hover your Mouse to Plugins and then click on “All Plugins” and You will be redirected to the “Installed Plugins” area.

Select your Backup File and Click on the Restore button (screenshot attached)

A new screen will come up, tick mark all the five options in the Choose the components to restore: area and click on the Next button (screenshot attached)

Click on the Restore button on the next screen. Your website will now start restoring.

How to Backup Your WordPress Website Using All in One WP Migration Plugin

The All-in-One WP Migration plugin is another popular plugin for backing up and migrating your WordPress websites. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to backup your WordPress website using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin:

First of all, you have to Install the All-in-One WP Migration Plugin. To do that, Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard and go to “Plugins” then “Add New.”
Search for “All-in-One WP Migration” Plugin, click on Install, and then click on activate the plugin.
After installing and activating the plugin, the second step is to create a backup of your WordPress website.
To backup your WordPress website, go to “All-in-One WP Migration” in the WordPress dashboard menu area and select “Export”.

Choose the export method based on your website size. The free version allows backups up to 512 MB, and the premium version supports larger websites.
Select the desired export file type (File, FTP, DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc).

After installing and activating the All in One WP migration plugin, the next step is to Import the Backup
Go to “All-in-One WP Migration” in the WordPress dashboard menu and select “Import” from the menu.

Click on the “Import From” button, go to the location where you previously saved the backup file, and select then click on Open.
The import process will now start, you will be asked to confirm the import, and then wait for it to complete the process.
Once the process is complete, your WordPress website should be restored.
